Order Status Information
- Processing – This means we are currently processing your order. Once it is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the software activation key(s). We deliver the software activation key(s) within 2 hours from the time your order is placed. If the order status still shows “Processing” after 2 hours, please contact our customer support team.
- Completed – This means your order has been processed and the software activation key(s) have been sent to your email via our email delivery system.
