1. Digital Product Delivery in India only:
We offer digital products, specifically software activation key(s), for customers located within India only.
2. Delivery Mode:
Your purchased digital software activation key(s) will be delivered directly to your registered email address or WhatsApp number.
3. Delivery Timeframe for Digital Product:
We will deliver your digital software activation key(s) within 1 to 2 business days to your registered email address or WhatsApp number from the date of the order. If delivery is delayed due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances on our side, please contact our customer care team at support@ambrinoinfotech.com. Our support team will resolve the issue within 2 business days from the date of your request, and your activation key(s) will be delivered via an alternative email address or, if you prefer, through a text message.
4. Business Days and Holidays:
Our standard business operations run from Monday to Saturday. Please note that Sundays is weekly holiday, and no orders are processed or delivered on this day.
5. Order Cut-off Time:
Please note that our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM. Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed on the same day, and the 1 to 2 business days delivery window will begin immediately. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day. Additionally, orders placed after 6:00 PM on Saturday, or anytime on Sunday, will be processed on the following Monday, and your delivery timeline will calculate from that business day.
6. Delivery Charges:
We do not charge any delivery costs for sending or delivering digital products, such as software license activation key(s), via email delivery method.
