1. Order Cancellation:
We will deliver your digital software activation key(s) within 1 to 2 business days to your email address or WhatsApp number from the date of the order. If you need to cancel your order within this delivery timeframe, please send an order cancellation request email to our customer support team at support@ambrinoinfotech.com.
Once we receive your order cancellation request email, we will cancel the order within 2 to 4 hours and initiate a refund. Amount will be refunded to your original source of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Please note that if the digital software activation key(s) has already been delivered, then the order will not be eligible for the cancellation process. We kindly request customers to review their order details carefully before completing a purchase.
2. Subscription Cancellation Policy:
All software license keys are sold as pre-paid subscriptions. Once a pre-paid subscription is activated, it cannot be cancelled until the end of its specified validity period.
