1. Digital Product Delivery in India only:
We offer digital products, specifically software activation key(s), within India only.
2. Delivery Mode:
Your purchased digital product, the software activation key(s), will be delivered to your email address.
3. Delivery Timeframe for Digital Product:
After placing your order for the software activation key(s), the activation key(s) will be delivered instantly to your registered email address. If delivery is delayed due to any technical issues or unforeseen circumstances on our side, please contact our customer care team at support@ambrinoinfotech.com. Our support team will resolve the issue within 2 days from the date of your request, and the activation key(s) will be delivered via email or, if you prefer, through WhatsApp or text message.
4. Delivery Charges:
We do not charge any delivery costs for sending or delivering digital products, such as software license activation key(s), via email delivery method.
5. Order Cut-off Time:
Please note that our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM. Any orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next day, while orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed on the same day.
